Download Your Own BorrowBox

Are you working in the cab of a truck all day? Or maybe you just don't like carting around a load of books... BorrowBox is here for you. There is no need to be tech savvy or even a big reader, this is a user friendly app that gives you access to free eBooks and audiobooks.

To get a tour of the app or setup your BorrowBox app, you can always stop by your nearest library branch; however we have the steps below if you wish to get started at home.

1) Depending on you device, access your App Store or Google Play;

2) Search for 'BorrowBox Library' and press the 'install' button. This will download the app and display the application on your devices home screen/wallpaper;

3) Once installed, open your new BorrowBox app. As this is the first time you are using the app, you will have to sign in, however you will not need to sign in again;

4) The app will ask for your library provider, entre CHRC Libraries;

5) The app will ask for your library ID/membership number, entre the barcode on the back of your library card. If you cannot find your card, contact the library;

6) The app will ask for your pin/password, this is the four character password you set up with library staff. If you do not remember or have a password, contact the library so staff can set you up;

7) Entre your email address and submit the details. This will load and give you full access to your BorrowBox app;

8) Borrow and reserve eBooks and audiobooks to your heart's content!
