New toys for the library!

 After a bit of experimentation, I've worked out how to set up the brand new docket printers and will be rolling them out to each Library very soon!  Not literally 'rolling them out' of course - they're very small and fit neatly next to the computer monitor.  But that's beside the point ...

Why am I excited?  Not because it's a fun new toy.  Not because it was a bit of a challenge to get it to work.

Because this small but oh so clever little machine will improve our service to you just that little bit more.  With the press of a button, we can now print out a receipt that details what you have on loan and when it is due back.  So simple yet so helpful!

Now you can have, in plain sight on your fridge, a detailed list to refer to when frantically searching the shelves for where the kids 'helpfully' put the library books when you weren't looking.  Just one more way we work to make your experience with CHRC library services better!
